First Monday – Legal Library Launch, Flipping & Challenges

Next First Monday is coming on 1st of December at Create26! We’re launching the Legal Library, with a kick-off talk by István Csővári and a panel of lawyers, operators, and investors who will compare the practical pros and cons of a Hungarian entity vs. a foreign holdco and share real-world experiences.
