Since Startup Hungary’s inception in 2020 with 12 original founders, the Hungarian startup ecosystem has evolved significantly, and we are proud to have played a part in this growth by inspiring and supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs. Our Founder Board, now comprising 40 of Hungary’s leading scale-up and post-exit founders, is a testament to the country's potential for global success. Through a peer-nomination process, where at least three existing board members must endorse new candidates, we continue to expand the board annually with founders eager to give back, sharing their insights and experience to drive future success in the ecosystem.
