event description

On January's First Monday, we’ve hosted Frank Sondors, co-founder & CEO of Salesforge – an AI-native sales platform that’s passed the ~$3M ARR mark in less than a year with roughly 2,000 customers, reached profitability, and done it all on just ~$500k in external funding.

Before Salesforge, Frank spent years as VP of Sales, building and scaling outbound teams from scratch. That experience – and a lot of frustration with fragmented, mediocre tools – became the origin story of Salesforge: he’s now productizing the stack he always wished he’d had as an operator.

Growth-wise, they’ve followed a semi-bootstrapped path. Salesforge went from $0 to $1M ARR with a team of four, then to $2M ARR without a single sales or marketing hire, and reached around $3M ARR and 2,000 customers in roughly 12 months – with only a ~$500k pre-seed round, however they didn't spend a penny being profitable early on.

From the start, they chose to go multi-product, and build an entire ecosystem instead of a single product. Under The Forge brand they’ve shipped an entire stack in under two years: Salesforge for execution, Leadsforge for data, Mailforge Infraforge Primeforge for email and inbox infrastructure, Warmforge for warm-up and deliverability – plus Agent Frank, their AI SDR.

Underneath all of this is a simple philosophy: generate more pipeline with fewer people. After managing big teams, Frank is pretty blunt that most sales orgs are over-hired and under-tooled. Salesforge is his attempt to flip that equation – combining AI agents and strong infrastructure with a small, high-output team instead of a huge SDR/AE army.
